What are the short and long-term consequences of modulating or inhibiting the body's inflammatory response mechanisms with pain relievers?
Among other issues, you may lose out on the benefits of maintaining an appropriate inflammatory balance, but it is possible the benefits you get from increased sleep quality/quantity are more important.
Note that 400-600 mg of an NSAID 1x/day with 500 mg acetaminophen is not an anti-inflammatory dose.

I was unaware of this fact.
    Good to know.

You did not say anything about injuries, pain or soreness and you are not likely overtraining at your current numbers, so the most likely cause might be elevated body temperature.
    Test it out.
If it doesn't work, evaluate the next most likely cause.
Cold showers, fan and AC to 18° did not work.
But I do feel a little hot when waking up at 3am. Not sure if it's the cause or a symptom.
I will fall asleep very quickly, but wake up at night and be super awake. Like my circadian rhythm is off.

I took that for a week and feel like it has helped a bit, but it has not resolved the issue. After my last workout with Squats and Deadlifts yesterday I woke up again at 5am.
Got any other ideas? Appreciate the help.

what time are you staying up to?
If I crash before 10, I am up half the night from 2 am on,
If I'm awake it to 10, sometimes I make it to 6, or 5,

The OTC pain meds thing is really interesting. I am also a horrible sleeper, and I have quite a few little aches and pains that don't even register when I'm awake (unless I focus on them). I have a zit the size of a grape on the back of my neck and I don't even feel it during the day but it woke me up throbbing the other night. The girlfriend said it looks like an eyeball. She stabbed it with a push pin but it didn't drain much. Anyway I may try the ibuprofin/acetaminophin combo.

I've actually been running into very similar shit very recently. Curious to see how this resolves.

Do you look at your phone when you wake up in the middle of the night?

    And/or Turn on a light?

I find it notable that you wake up hot. Do you then cool the room down? Have you adjusted the temperature down or your bedding setup for your original sleep time?
