What you know already Mark, but a confirmation of weight training for old folk.

Am I too old to build muscle? What science says about sarcopenia and building strength later in life

Such a sad article, wal. These pathetic fools cannot convince anybody that their little dumbbells and stepups will do anything for anybody. Embarrassing.

I'm not, you put on the right track years ago. You have to look at it this way, (which I'm sure you do) no resistance training is dangerous to your health. The other hurdle to gravitational pain is keeping the mind intact and that is a spinoff from weight training.

I actually thought it was a pretty measured and reasonable article, until I got to this part:

"Talk to a health professional before starting a moderate to high intensity progressive resistance training program. An accredited exercise professional can help design a program that suits you.

Generally, we should aim to do progressive resistance training at least twice a week.

Try to target 8–10 muscle groups, and start out at about 30–40% of your maximum effort before progressing over time to 70–80% of your maximum"

    Fuuuuuuu

In all seriousness, these are exactly the type of articles and jobs (people who write this stuff) that will replaced by AI. There are millions of these articles on the internet which are basically a rehash of rehashed content.

There is no AI. There is only auto-complete.

Auto-complete will not replace anything, though it might reveal certain jobs as superfluous - the “BS” jobs you mentioned above.

Vince, you are doubting Frank's very existence. This is troubling.

Right. And this occurred pre-web too, when your local newspaper decided that it could (or perhaps, needed to) augment its journalists with content purchased from one of the bigger publishers. Very common. The web definitely accelerated it, as the same number of writers are using the same few primary sources.
