    48-year-old male
    5'11"
    257 lbs.
Currently on 200mg/mL of testosterone cream

My current numbers from the last two weeks -
    Press - 3X5 - 230# - completed 4,3, and 3 reps on 5/22 - did 225# for 3X5 on the previous Press day
    Bench - 3X5 - 315# - completed 5, 5, and 3 reps on 5/25 - did 310# for 3X5 on the previous Bench day
    DL - 1X5 - 355# on 5/25 - no straps - double overhand grip
    Squat - 3X5 - 275# on 5/22

I know my DL and Squat numbers should be higher. I had both hips replaced in 2019 (June and October), and I have worked up to these weights after starting with the bar in January 2020. I want to know how to effectively continue to progress and not really worry about doing something to my hips. I sometimes get some discomfort in my left groin after squatting and DL. I also tend to get way more sore/stiff in my lower back after Squats and DL, and I don't feel it as much in my glutes and hamstrings.
