Seeking advice on what I may be doing wrong in my power clean. I am having soreness in my wrists (under my palms) after each workout. I am still able to recover and go up 5 pounds each workout, but my wrists are pretty sore in the days in between, especially when turning my wrist over to look at my watch. Just wondering if this is common, and if not, what I may be doing wrong. I just started performing the movement about 3 weeks ago in week 6 of my NLP. I am now in week 9. I did 5 sets of 3 today at 105.
Everything else in my NLP is going well. I’m at 270 on my squat (3x5) and 310 on my deadlift (1x5). Haven’t had any issues on either. I’m also at 150 on my Press and 230 on my bench. I’m 40 years old, 5’7 and 192 pounds.

Are you sure you’re catching them on your delts, and not the “ball” of your hand? Are your elbows pointing forward?
