    As It has been informed to us many of times the vertical jump isnt trainable due to nerves lacking the abilty to adapt like muscle. Yet I see many gifted coaches stating they love box jumps. Do you belive that gifted power athletes via 32 inch vertical or better can increase power more then 10 percent like us common folks? Since they have more motor fibers and thicker axons and mylien tissue. I understand your passion lies with us common folks and older age people, but have you witnessed the same effects for all when training for power (via does little to nothing) or the total inverse in the athletic group.

    To clarify, are you asking if an athlete with a 32-inch SVJ can train up to a 40?

    Make sense since nerves cant fully under go mitosis.
