Kudos for training in spite of your age and circumstance. I feel your pain.
A home gym would be a life saver. Due to life complications, I have "adjusted" to getting up at 2:45 AM. Hitting the gym in my garage, and showing up for work by 6:15 am has been the solution to dealing with job related fatigue. Getting it done first ensures you actually do get it done. Having your own gym is the absolute best. It's all yours. You can show up at any time of the day or night. You don't have to share. Lol.
Sometimes you deal with fatigue and soreness from your job the day before, but as with the Marines, improvise, overcome and adapt.
