    There are about a half dozen coaches who have spent the majority of their professional lives working with people with “destroyed” shoulders. I can understand why, and agree, that going to a GP or family medicine doc may not be particularly useful or appealing if you want to train. But, if you are really concerned about your shoulder, you may want to give one of those coaches a buzz.

    or you can do what everyone else did prior to the internet and strength coaches being available everywhere. Rest for bit. Train around it. Do what you can. Everything heals eventually. If you're smart and not to old, you'll be benching again.
