Which is your personal favorite lift in the sense that you enjoy doing it in the gym, and has it changed over the years?

    Rip,
Are there any hobbies/man skills that you wanted to try or explore when you were younger but couldn’t because of time, cost of entry, etc.?

Well, not that this could really happen, but I think if Coach had a Biden supporter on the Q&A, it would be a very interesting conversation...

I'm guessing Rip that you are aware of this, but saw no reference searching the forums. There are a series of books called Commune by Joshua Gayou which involve a post apocalyptic time in the near future. There is a scene where one character is being taught to squat. When the student wants to do more sets, the teacher says "you've done your three sets of five and if you do more you'll screw up everything." Later the student is given a "blue book written by Mark Rippetoe." Pretty cool in my opinion. I'm half way through the second book (on Audible) and have found the story entertaining and educational when it comes to all-things prepping.
