    Having clicked on that, I will say that an unannounced link to that particular content provider is basically the Rick Roll of strength training posts.

    You know, I will say that, despite these being bad squats, the eagles are ahead of MOST organizations in that:

    1. They have their athletes lift heavy, and
    2. They directly attribute their performance to their strength.

    These might not be "good squats" but they're miles ahead of organizations that train exclusively for "explosiveness" or whatever. Patrick Mahomes routine last off season was some sort of stupid slalom where he was dodging dummies super fast so it "felt slow during the actual game".

    Yes, which is why hes at Alabama; but, hes strong for the same reason hes a D1 starter.
