    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    Hey Rip,

    I was wondering what supplements you take on the daily.

    Personally, I take:
    Vitamin D
    Vitamin C
    Multivitamin w/ Iron
    Fish Oil
    Creatine

    Also one more question. If you take Vitamin D, how much of it do you take? I’ve heard some people talk about going over the recommendations of many boards, some saying more than 25,000 IUs is optimal.

    I take 1-2 grams of C, a good multiple, 10K of D, ferrous gluconate, K citrate, cod liver oil, and a 81mg aspirin.

    190 lb

    Daily supplement intake:

    Magnesium- 500-750 mg (I drink alcohol - prevents muscle cramps)
    D3-6,000 IU
    Vit C-200 mg
    Zinc 16 mg
    Fish oil- 4,000 mg
    homemade CBD tincture- 4 eye droppers full from a 1oz bottle - as a general anti-inflammatory (better than Ibu or Neproxin imho) and sleep aide

    NAC 600mg, respiratory health

    Phosphatidyl Choline 1200mg, liver health

    Zinc 50mg

    Niacin 250mg

    B-Complex

    D3/K2 5000 IU, the K2 helps the D3 absorbtion

    Quercitin 1000mg

    Fish Oil 1200mg

    C 1000mg

    NAC sales were also banned during covid just like ivermectin; tells me all I need to know. Also, my breathing has never been better.
