I was wondering what supplements you take on the daily.
Personally, I take:
Vitamin D
Vitamin C
Multivitamin w/ Iron
Fish Oil
Creatine
Also one more question. If you take Vitamin D, how much of it do you take? I’ve heard some people talk about going over the recommendations of many boards, some saying more than 25,000 IUs is optimal.
