Default Question on Training the wife...

Running my wife through the NLP. Aside from a few spirited marital disputes about squat depth in the first few workouts, all is going well.

My question: When progress starts to slow on the squat, which one of the following changes should I make first? Should I incorporate a light squat day on the second workout of the week or switch to triples?

Does that apply to your girlfriend or the sheila next door?

With women, switch to triples early and aggressively. The light day is a fatigue remediating factor, which will not set in for some time. The triples are an adjustment to accommodate women's musculoskeletal systems.

But really, don't train your wife.

Experience has shown that it is not productive.

Mark my Mrs will not go to a gym. If I do not motivate her no one will.

I think Rip would make an exception to you wal. In fact you should try to tell your Wife she should be stronger right now.
