Hi Rip first and foremost thank you for all your material I’m 35 and continue to get stronger and stronger. So some of the programs and routines that I see NFL strength coaches give to the players are full of silly and unnecessary exercises so with that being said how well do you think an NFL team especially offensive and defensive lines would improve with a starting strength coach doing nothing but the major barbell movements in the offseason.
