I'm 30 year old and a have been lifting again since May 2012. I started back lifting because of a major need to be stronger. I suffered from a back injury in 2007, and have been regreting the resulting weakness since. My priority will always been my family, and for a man to be strong for his family, he must first be strong. I strengthen my body and strengthen my mind to be able to hold my family closer and strengthen the bond btween us!
