Robert Santana is a Starting Strength Coach and a Registered Dietitian who currently trains clients in the greater Phoenix area. He is the owner of Weights & Plates, a company that focuses on balancing strength, performance, and health. For the past 16 years Robert has developed and refined his knowledge, skills, and experiences through both higher education and practical experience. Robert holds both a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Master of Science in Kinesiology.
