Started lifting in December 2013 after more than 30 year layoff. Had been pretty active doing Chen Taiji and running, but was surprised at how weak I had become. Could do 100 deep free squats in a set, but could barely squat 95 lbs. Fooled around wit some false starts, eventually found SS. Strength has about doubled in 5 months, and I'm curious to see how strong I can get.
