Biography:
Born in Longmont, CO. I have lived in 7 different states and have always competed in athletic events as well as playing varsity tennis in college. I instructed tennis in Jacksonville, FL for 7 years prior to changing careers and moving to Nashville, TN. In January 2014 I decided to seriously commit myself to strength training and follow the Starting Strength philosophy and have seen tremendous gains along the way.
