Female, 5'3", 125 lbs, former Crossfitter, new to SS (as of Jan '16) but not new to barbell/weight training. 2016 goals (from general to specific): get stronger to get healthier and build bone density, get stronger to be better at Crossfit and look good, Squat goal: 200#, Bench goal: 150#, Deadlift goal: 250#, Clean goal: 150#, Snatch goal: 100#, Press goal: 100#. I have some weird shoulder issue that makes my shoulders ache like crazy only after barbell benching.
