Biography:
Started Starting Strength barbell training 5/2015. I am a Regional Medical Director for CareMore Touch, a health plan that specializes in taking care of the frail elderly. Everyday, I see the consequences of poor strength in old people with loss of independence, pain, all manners of infirmity, and the inevitable depression that these problems funnel down to. One day, I'd like to actually do strength training with this patient population.
