Biography:
I started lifting in May of 2017. Ended my LP with a 415 squat, 172.5 press, 230 bench, and a 405 deadlift.

I got into lifting after seeing people who were overweight (like myself) but able to change their body composition though getting stronger.

Goals:
get down to 275 lb bodyweight
500 deadlift
500 squat
225 press
315 bench
