Name is Jim and I am 51, I have been lifting for 33 years and apparently a good bit of that has been wrong. Went into the military for 5 years, learned a lot and had some of best times of my life there. Got into power lifting a few years back since I was not going to be good at bodybuilding, Have a few old injuries that now need to be fixed, had rotator cuff surgery 31 May and will need the same thing done on the other side.
