For sure, bad form was the issue now, its a bad idea to test form adjustments at worksets. Its my own fault. Hope your back is ok.

This makes sense to me as it is always a balancing act. Sometimes less is more. Good luck with it.

You might consider a pre-meet test ahead of when you see for sure that you will be missing too many lift days. Just reduce the load a few days...
