Bill I see that you are still doing pretty good for just intermittent training. What are you doing when not training?

I haven't checked in for a while but you are doing great lifting and with your "clean" check-up! That's great in both cases! Keep it up!

Still putting in the work I see. That's better than not lifting even if you do not lift as much as you would like! I know how that is...:rolleyes:

Hope you feel better soon! I have and had hacking and right chest pain a couple times in the last few months also but I don't feel as bad as you say...

How are you doing the 2 boards? (bar attachment?) That's right where I get a sticking point when things get heavy for me.
