    Your assessment is correct. Also going way too low. Buy the book, lots of good information on how to low bar squat in the squat section.

    I look at it this way. If I miss going up weight in my squat workout I am depressed until the next one, if I miss my press I am mildly annoyed.

    It doesn't look like you're setting your back on DL. Also, that doesn't look like a hook grip. You may need to use the hook grip or an over/under.
