My wife and I live near Fargo where we raise our son. I blundered through some training over the years, starting in 2016 at age 19, and weighed 149 lbs at 6' 2. I gained 60lbs doing some barbell lifting but not following the SS / NLP model. In recent times, I've come back to this training method, and after reading the "blue book" and the grey book, I don't see how this has not become more prevalent!
Currently on the path to 250 and still in NLP.
I am also majoring in Software Engineering and enjoy relaxing with a good book and a cup of coffee on the porch.
