I was born way back in 1973. I used to play sports when I was young, but after I finished my higher education I stopped. I started weights again in 2016. I train for fun and I haven't set any specific goals. I won't hide that I like bodybuilding more, but I can't be strict, especially with nutrition and recovery. Therefore, it is pointless to put efforts in this direction. The monotonous way of training bores me, so I often change my routines. I don't care that I don't have much strength progress.
