    Bench: 1x6x210 (June, 2010)

    Squats have fallen off since that PR but I'm working my way back.

    Hi, this is my first post here. Thanks to folks willing to share their knowledge!
    All I have time for at the moment is to post my stats and goals so here goes:
    Sex: Male
    Age 47 in 2010
    Height: 5' 11''
    Weight 185 lbs
    Squat: 281x3
    Deadlift: 287x5
    Power Clean: 140x3
    Bench: 220x1
    Press: 130x2
    MO Prior to Starting Strength: Lots of pushups and pullups with 30 lb vest, Jogging/Hiking 3-5 days a week.
    Started Starting Strength May 2008 (at age 45 @ 160 lbs)
    Switched to Texas Method in June 2009
    Goals for this year:
    *Get my Power Clean up to an intermediate level (185 or so).
    *Make some progress on my other lifts (It would be nice to do something with 300+ pounds soon, I was close before offloading).
    *Survive being deployed (as blood sucking contractor, not as honorable military guy).
