I started SS/BBT December 2010. The program is great. It cured what joint pain I had. I have not lifted using an olympic style bar untill I started the Rippetoe program.
In Jan 2018 I was hospitalized with congestive heart failure due to AFib. I am back to training. I am on meds including a beta blocker.
