This question comes up every few months, use the search function (I asked the same question and got shot by Rip for it). For whatever reason, taking a BIG breath before the PC tends to produce this result, faintness at the end. Try taking a smaller breath, just enough to stabilize yourself, and make yourself breathe (exhale and inhale) once you've racked the bar, and you should have no more problems.

I wonder if that would work with squats too. On max attempts my face feels like it's going to explode, but I'm on a pacer and had serious heart trouble before. Lifting has made it almost normal, regarding output.
