    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    Does anyone have any opinions or references on the use of an electrical muscle stimulation device (like a MarcPro) for recovery?

    EMS is stupidly expensive and won't do anything that a TENS unit won't do for recovery purposes. Just buy one of those 30-50 dollar TENS units.

    Either way it's a waste of money; don't buy it. You don't need it for "recovery". You need food and sleep for recovery.
