Maintaining strength during an injury
So I hurt my back about a week and a half ago (broke form mid dead lift), and I've been doing Bill Starr's recovery program for muscle pulls that I saw on this page: http://startingstrength.wikia.com/wiki/Injuries
I realize that I shouldn't be doing heavy squatting/deadlifitng/power cleaning with this injury if I'm to do this program right, but what about upper body exercises? I don't want to lose strength while I dick around with light weight till this thing heals, so should I still be pressing and benching regularly?

Does it hurt to press and bench?
