Now I'm a little confused. Is there no reason outside of compliance to add WMS or dextrose to my pre and post workout BCAAs? I thought I had read here there was a synergistic effect and it was pretty much a given to do so.
Would it be correct then to conclude that it would be better for performance to ditch the dextrose and instead replace that with an equal increase in carbs in the pre and post workout meals? (i.e. no change in total carb intake)
