Yea you nailed it. In general, unless someone is verifiably (via DEXA) under 15% w/ an FFMI of >25.0, I don't think it's "impossible" w/o aid. The shorter, taller, or "less lean" someone is, the higher their FFMI could probably be.
Is it a legit/usefull metric?
I read that you consider a ffmi of 27,5 to be impossible without chem aid. How do you figure this is spread over different combination.
You said 230 @ 15% @ 5'11 = 27.5 FFMI to be unlikely
I'm currently 240 @20% @5'10 = 27.7 FFMI... Impossible? 100% clean. Hell I don't even take whey bcaa or creatine.
I can imagine that with higher BF more is possible though this should be accounted for in the formula.
