    Hello all,

In my last rep of squatting this morning I couldn't get it up so I had to dump it(please don't berate me on not squatting in a cage because I tried really hard to find a gym with power cage or safeties). Apparently it hit my back, or slid down, I don't remember correctly if there's anything at all. There was no pain at that moment, or at least nothing much that striked me now.

However it's night time now, I accidentally reach for my back and noticed a small lump on the right side of the lower back. No pain when I touch it. Somewhat solid. Did I dislocate my back or something? There's no bruises mark on the skin.

Thanks if you have any ideas what it might be.

    This.

Or, you have some swelling. If it doesn't hurt, I wouldn't sweat it.

I would continue to squat without any safeties, this should help.

Sir, please understand that in a middle of nowhere of a small province in a third world country, people don't give a fuck about weight training, let alone finding a powercage. An informed and humble boy really can't do better.

Seems so. I can squat normally. The area of impact may have just been below my WL-belt wearing area.

It probably was already there. My guess is a lipoma, a benign fatty tumor.

I'm pretty sure it's there after the incident, because I didn't notice it when I went to bed before.
    Thank you guys anyway.
