    Default How accurate is the height/waist/neck method for bf%?

    Hi Jordan. I've put on some serious pounds (155-->170 in 6 months) and used this "army body fat calculator" and it seems believable at ~18%. I've tried calipers, but have always gotten varying results based on how tightly i pinch them.

    The error range is about 5% either way as compared to hydrostatic weighing or DEXA.
