All Nighters

Sometimes I pull an all nighter to do last minute work on assignments, reset my sleeping schedule etc and I don't go to sleep until the following night.
What do you think I should do about macros on these occasions? Just treat it like 1 big long day (spread one days worth of macros over the entire period of being awake) or treat it like 2 separate days?

Just hit your macros from 12am-12am for the two consecutive days or...don't pull all-nighters. Everything suffers when you do including the work you're doing.
