    Hi Jordan,

Been trying to figure this out with the search function and there have been similar questions but still dont quite get it.

I am 104-105kg and on your intermidiate program. My current Periworkout consists of a shake with 60g of Optimum Nutrition Whey (48g protein, 11g BCAA) plus 15-20g of cane sugar, and an espresso beforehand.

Q: Is this sufficient BCAA intake, or is the BCAA in the whey different than the pure BCAA? Do I need to add BCAA powder here for better absorption?

I take 5g of Optimum creatine (105kg BW) and 15ug of Vitamin D3 (1 pill) daily in the AM, though I think I may be a creatine non responder.

(This is all part of a daily nutrition target of 288P/230C/62F. I usually dont make it all the way to 288 on protein.)

    Thx!

Answer: It is much higher than what is needed, but it's 100% fine.

I'd cut down to 250g protein as well.

Thanks! My calculation was based on your TBAB table for cutting some fat. I will cut down protein.

Its GKull btw. Thanks for the generosity with your time!
