    Hey Jordan!

    I've decided it's time to trim some of my fat so I tried to calculate my macros based off your 'to be a beast' article. I'm 52, 250#, 6', and around 36%BF navy calculator. My macros came out as follows:
    310-P 250-C 65-F ...yielding an approximate total of ~2800k/cal per day. The protein count seems kinda high, but I followed the 'fat loss' category in my calculations. Am I missing something?

    Current lifts in lbs (1RM):

    SQ=340
    DL=420
    OP=175
    BP=240

    Thanks for looking at this, sir!

    Swap your carb and protein numbers around and that'd be fine.

    Thanks Doc! That looks more doable!
