Adding C2 Rower HIIT for Fluffy Novice/Intermediate
This isn't (totally) nutrition related, but I read your To Be a Beast article and had a question about throwing in some HIIT for a fluffy novice/intermediate. I'm probably about 25% body fat and nearing the end of my LP at Squat 335, Dead 340, Bench 175, and Press 140. I drank a lot of whole milk (too much! Now I'm tracking macros). I want to get down to a better percentage like you suggested.
If I throw in some C2 rower HIIT 2x or 3x per week, would it be better to do it right after the MWF workout or on off days (T Th Sat)?

What is your height, weight, and age and what has it done over LP?
I wouldn't go from zero conditioning to 3x/wk, however.
