Jordan, as I consider myself an older trainee I'm following your advice to take 5g BCAAs between meals and 10g pre/post workout.
I have a couple of questions if you don't mind.
(1) I eat my post workout meal around 20-25 minutes after my workout. Do I need the post workout BCAAs?
(2) I mix 3x5g with water in small plastic bottles in the morning and take them to work to have between meals. Are there any degradation issues with having the BCAAs dissolved for up to 10 hours before taking them?
