Hello, I am 38 years old. I started SS with a weight of 152lbs. I am now 170lbs. I seem to have stopped putting on weight. My lifts are still gaining. I have been 170 for 4 weeks. I don't really drink milk. I haven't for many years. My question is: should I be drinking milk to help with weight gain? Will it still help me at my age?

You need to add calories to drive your weight up. These calories could be milk if you want to add that in slowly, or they could be from other sources.
