Palm oil
Constantly hearing people talking about how bad palm oil is. Wondering what your opinion on it is.
Also, if I'm gaining weight, do I even care?

Meh, I don't think it's a big deal. Palm oil consumed as a dietary fat as part of a decent diet does not have incremental risk for cardiovascular disease. Little or no additional benefit will be obtained by replacing it with other oils rich in mono or polyunsaturated fatty acids.
