When you watch Brian Shaw's "Full Day of Eating" you see him eat literally every hour a high caloric, protein rich meal. Looking at his frame, it seems as if a lot of MPS must have occured. Why doesn't the 3-5 hour rule apply to strong men? Is it because it is not possible to get in enough calories in less frequent meals? Or is it just because the "steroids" change the rules of MPS?
