    Hi Jordan,

I know you must be so tired of answering questions about MPS (here and on your own board with Austin) but this topic seems to be so fascinating for many of us laymen.

Having now understood that waiting for less than about 3 hours between meals not only doesn't spike another MPS response but also compromises the previous one, I wonder about the eating habit of the biggest and strongest specimen of our time. When you watch Brian Shaw's "Full Day of Eating" you see him eat literally every hour a high caloric, protein rich meal. Looking at his frame, it seems as if a lot of MPS must have occured. Why doesn't the 3-5 hour rule apply to strong men? Is it because it is not possible to get in enough calories in less frequent meals? Or is it just because the "steroids" change the rules of MPS?

He doesn't eat hourly regularly enough for him to be compromised. Also, his history is likely filled with "regular eating"
