    5'10
    200 lbs
    285 3x5 sq, 350x5 dl, 195 3x5 bench
    pretty sure i am atleast 20% bodyfat
    Went from 175 to 200 since december 2nd
    I have been running LP for over a month with substantial improvements in strength after about a year of training like an intermediate when i wasn't. I was doing the diet for the underweight trainee in practical programming and now I feel that it is adding to my waistline more than my lifts and muscle mass. Considering dropping to 4200 calories with 500 carb, 250 protein,150 fat. Do these numbers look good to you? Can you give me some advice on my eating?

    If you are dropping to those numbers than you did it right on the way up. Stick with those and aim for 40 g fiber and you are golden. You do need to squat and deadlift heavier weights but it may take you some more time. I'd like to see a 405 x 5 deadlift out of you. That would be a fine milestone.

    sorry a little confused, stick with current diet or go ahead with what i was considering?
