    What kind of program were running before the flu hit? How long did you miss due to it? Did you lose any body weight?

    I was running novice LP. So far I've missed 2 workouts and I will miss at least 1 maybe 2 more before I'm recovered enough. So far I've only lost about 3 pounds. I've been forcing myself to eat and hydrate.

    I would probably just do a 10-20% reset and go from there. You will probably be able to take bigger jumps the first couple of sessions. Shouldn’t take you that long to catch back up, considering that you are still trying to eat and retain fluids. Do you have a copy of PPST3rd? If so, there is a pretty good illustration of an example on how to come back from a situation like this.
