Any proteins that DON’T contain soy? Many of these, even Gold Standard, use it.

The powders that say "100% Whey Protein Isolate" will more than likely have no soy in them. Math, etc. My jar of NOW Sports Whey Protein Isolate says "Soy Free" right on the label. Be a better shopper.

I find all flavoured protein powers too sweet and sickly, so I get the MyProtein 5kg unflavoured bag and a 1kg natural vanilla bag and mix them together with farm milk. Perfect level of flavour for me

Gold standard uses soy-derived lecithin, probably to keep the powder from caking. Lecithin is not a protein, so all of the protein in Gold Standard Whey is from whey.

Do you have an allergy or other reason to avoid soy lecithin? Most processed foods that include lecithin don't specify the source. We're probably eating soy lecithin all the time.

Just ordered a bunch of sampler paks from MyProtien. Opinion thus far:

    - Cookies and Cream - Meh.
    - Vanilla - pretty good.
    - Chocolate Brownie - nasty.

Salted caramel is my favorite. A little sweet, but it’s really good. That one and the strawberry are flavors I probably would have never tried if not for the little sample packets. They are both really good in whole milk.

I find most flavors nauseating, so I've taken to just adding a teaspoon of cocoa powder to vanilla powder.

Coach Rip, what flavor do you prefer? I'm going to give it NOW Sports a try.

Unflavored is what you'll find at the gym. Example:
