    I usually stop snoring around 205 lb. I wonder if I just get my body fat down, how much a difference that will make.

    Get a sleep study and see if you need a CPAP machine. Sleep/snoring problems can be indicative of a lot of serious health issues. Now that I have a CPAP, my snoring is gone and my wife can sleep and so can I.

    Worth getting. Apparently I snore but when I got the sleep study they found nothing. Some of us are just loud.

    I have tracked my snoring with an app and I only snore for a few minutes a night and it's not that bad. My wife is such a light sleeper that when I roll over she wakes up.

    I don't have any signs other than some light snoring. I really don't even require 8 hr to wake up rested.

    Good to know there is nothing serious behind the snoring. I was diagnosed with moderate obstructive sleep apnea so the CPAP was pretty much a necessity for me.
