Carb intake is extremely important and most will under eat them if they don’t pay close enough attention.
How important is it to get your macros perfect as far as fats and carbs. As long as performance is the goal and you are eating more heavy on the carbs than fat is this "good enough" to bring about desired results. Ive read everything from tracking everything like a a baby salamander to not even worrying about it as long as you are getting the necessary protein in. What are your thoughts and thanks?

Is there any logic behind the idea that "too many carbs cause bloating"? Does each individual have a certain tolerance for carbs? Should a underweight individual starting the LP be ever be concerned with eating too many carbs?
Depends on the type of carb and the individual's intestines. An underweight novice with a healthy gut should not be worried about this.
