Hello my name is Tobi. I am:
    • Male
    • Train for 2.5 years (3 months since is started SS)
    • 188lbs bosy mass and about 18BF%(???)
    • I consume in total 3300cals a day (170g protein, 520g carbs, 60g fats)

    My numbers went up,
    (Squat 95kg to 113kg
    OHP 30kg to 47kg
    Deadlift 100kg to 128kg
    Benchpress 70kg tp 78kg
    Clean, just started.
    Pushups, just started
    Bodyweight: 80kg 85kg)

but my question is do you think I should eat more?
Last week i stalled on my squat got it on my 3 third time trying it, probably because I increased my total calorie intake about 200cal and got some good quality sleep.

If you do GOMAD you are probably comsuming way more calories than i do righ now. So I am looking for some advice from you guys.

    Thanks!

Do it and see what happens, and if your nervous, do in 200-300 calorie increases over a few weeks. Get the protein up to 220-230g and the rest to carbs. Push for 95-100kg or so and see if that helps your lifts.

You should jump up to 4000 and then pull back once you rewatch 210-220 lb. You’ll carry more fat but remember it’s temporary to drive progress and get you better leverage until you muscle mass catches up.
