Glad you liked it. The slow cook makes it so much better and the FairLife tends to be easier on the GI. Good stuff, keep us posted on the vanilla.
Thanks to this helpful video and thread, I went back to try overnight oats for breakfast, but with old fashioned oats. Quick oats did not have appealing texture.
Old fashioned oats did taste better. I just used enough Fairlife 2% milk (not nearly a whole cup full) to cover 1/2 cup of oats in a mason jar. Considering the talk here about gas, I thought it might be...reckless...to try this the morning of training that included squat, but no issues and energy was great.
I think I'll add a scoop of vanilla whey next time.

Oatmeal; I have never liked the stuff, no matter how many different concoctions I tried. IMO, oats are for horses.
